KTLA of Los Angeles interviews a trainer who specializes in Shake Weight classes and as expected things turn silly pretty quick. P.S. Those of you from Utah might recognize the reporter as hilarious Allie MacKay from when she was on Fox 13. It's been a few years but she has resurfaced!!
